The film, Aoki, a documentary about one of the founders of the Black Panther party has been placed in a few festivals lately and has been reviving praise. I did the score and am so happy to have been a part of this project. Aoki has been accepted into the 15th annual Chicago Asian American Showcase at The Gene Siskel Film Center where it will be screened on April 8th, as well as the 26th annual Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival presented by Visual Communications.
